Refund, return or exchange are NOT ALLOWED once payment is made. However, if the purchased item(s) is/are out of stock, refund or exchange options are allowed.
Pre-order/Backorder items will take 7-14 working days, however refund, return or exchange are NOT ALLOWED if the waiting time is longer than the stated period. This is because the logistics might delay due to unforeseen circumstances by our suppliers that we have no control on it.
Our items are mainly pre-order based, hence, there might be a chance that the purchased item is discontinued by our supplier, refund or exchange options are allowed in this case.
Refund, return & exchange are NOT ALLOWED once customers have received the products.
There might be slightly difference in colours due to lightings/filters during photo shooting, therefore, refund, return or exchange are NOT ALLOWED in these circumstances.
Return is allowed if there are obvious manufacturing defects. The said item has to ship back and we can only change to the same item. Exchange to other item is NOT ALLOWED in this case.
One for one exchange for the same item is allowed if fulfilled the said criteria, however, if the item is out of stock, we will do a refund.
Returned item must be shipped within 7 days after received and must not be worn/washed, tag must not be removed as well.
Returned item is required to ship via courier and tracking number must be provided.
Activewear/Lingerie are strictly NOT exchangeable or refundable due to hygiene purposes.
Items on sale are strictly NOT returnable or exchangeable.
We do NOT allow items to be returned/exchanged due to wrong size or accidentally bought the wrong item that does not fit. Measurements are provided in the product description.
Any exceptional case that did not mention above, we reserve the right to decide if refund, return or exchange policy can be applied.
