Our products are mainly pre-order basis unless it is stated ready stocks.
All pre-order items will be shipped out within 7-14 working days, Public Holidays and weekends are excluded upon payment verification. Ready stocks items will be shipped out within 2-3 working days.
If the purchased items consist of Ready stocks and Pre-order items, the parcel will then be shipped out after all items are arrived.
Please note that there might be a chance that the parcel will be shipped out more than 14 working days due to unforeseen circumstances such as delay in logistics that caused by our supplier or production team, etc. We will then inform customers via email for such event.
As our items are mainly pre-order, therefore, there might be chances that the product is discontinued by our supplier after order placed, refund or exchange policy can be applied in this case.
For shipments within Malaysia, we will be using JNT. It will take 1-3 working days to receive after orders are shipped. For West Malaysia, the postage will be RM8, for East Malaysia, the postage will be RM16. Free shipping for Malaysia orders above RM150.
For international delivery, we will be using different courier partners depends on countries, and the shipping fee will be vary depends on countries. It will take 8-10 working days to receive after orders are shipped.
For Singapore, the shipping fee will be RM30. Free shipping for Singapore orders above $150 (RM525).
Tracking number will be provided for all shipped orders.
